- Ensure the day program maintains compliance with all NCFL policies and procedures and meets all DDD requirements.
- Prepare and maintain administrative and business reports and records of the achievement center; record all fee for service activities and take necessary follow-up action when required.
- Monitor the staff documentation and the proper coding for services provided to the clients regarding fee for service to ensure correct billing.

· Assist in procuring, dispensing and documenting resident medication per agency policy and training.

· Report all non-working equipment and appliances to the Home Manager.
· Employees are required to cooperate with New Concepts and Department Staff in any inspection and/or investigation.

· Use Tax Exempt Form to insure no tax on purchases. Keep receipts to insure accurate record of cash expenditures.
· Write clearly and concisely on all forms of Daily Reporting (i.e., logs, graphs, activity sheets, etc.) to ensure all parties are fully informed.
· Document clearly and accurately all required foothold notes according to NCFL policy and Medicaid guidelines.
· Follow through on all behavior programs established for residents under the supervision of the Home Managers.
· Properly complete and submit incident reports per Agency policy.
· Report any medical or household emergency to in-charge person.
· Deal with residents, staff, families, and any outside groups in a professional manner.
· Observe and properly utilize on call schedule.
· Required to transport consumers to and from group homes, Day Program, medical appointments, and outdoor activities when necessary.

· Provide support, supervision, instruction and assistance to program participants per individual Habilitation Plans including any behavior and/or medical plans. Follow through on all individual behavior programs including proper reporting and documentation.
· Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building, this includes the break room, kitchen, bathrooms, and day program areas.
· Provide Assisted Daily Living support as may be required or needed to individuals assigned or as needed.
· Assist in procuring and dispensing resident medication per agency policy and State training along with toiletry, diapers, etc.
· Assists in planning and implementing a calendar of events and activities such as sports, contract work, vocational skills, games, social activities, organizing and running groups, arts and crafts, community integration in accordance with the participant's needs and interests.
· Will provide support to clients in crises through the use of therapeutic crisis intervention techniques, including the use of physical restraint techniques. Please note that therapeutic physical restraint may be used only after an employee has received specific training in this area at the Agency.
· Initiating and planning the monthly calendar in conjunction with the Program Manager as well as communicating effectively with the Program Assistant to initiate daily programs and activities.
· Assists with transporting and/or escorting program participants to, from and within the program, on NCFL grounds, and on external trips. Attend regular meetings to discuss the programs, clients and related matters. (May sometimes to provide brief overtime coverage until staff coverage arrives.)
· Write clearly and concisely on all forms of daily reporting, (i.e. logs, graphs and activity sheets, etc.) to ensure full understanding by all team members.
