At a recent New Concepts for Living (NCFL) Board of Trustees meeting, CEO Steve Setteducati took a moment to honor two key team members, Dan Mihalinec, Director of Facilities, and Gus Loukas, Chief Financial Officer, for their extraordinary efforts in the successful opening of NCFL’s new headquarters and Achievement Center in Paramus, NJ.

This ambitious 20-month project involved a complete transformation of the former Barnes & Noble building. From the ground up, every detail was meticulously planned and monitored. Dan and Gus worked tirelessly to ensure everything progressed smoothly and on schedule.

“We couldn’t have done it without them,” said Setteducati, as he presented Dan and Gus with an extraordinary 3D, crystal engraving of the new facility. “Great thanks and acknowledgement go out to Dan and Gus for their enduring efforts in making this facility possible.”
