River Vale, NJ – September 12, 2025

New Concepts for Living proudly celebrated the opening of two brand-new community residences in River Vale, NJ, with a ribbon-cutting and open house event. The homes, designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, reflect NCFL’s ongoing commitment to providing safe, supportive, and inclusive living environments.

Each residence is a spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, thoughtfully designed with accessible features to meet the needs of our residents. The homes are ready for move-in, and future residents are excited to begin this new chapter.

The celebration was attended by River Vale Mayor Bromberg, Business Administrator Gennaro Rotella, DDD Ombudsman Paul Aronson, support coordinators, NCFL families and prospects, and members of the NCFL Board of Directors, and more. Guests had the opportunity to tour the residences and learn more about NCFL’s programs during a presentation by Intake Manager, Deena King.

Following the tours and presentation, attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Uncle Giuseppe’s and generously sponsored by Tarrytown Pharmacy.

These two new residences represent a significant step forward in NCFL’s mission to enrich the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering not only beautiful new homes but also opportunities for growth, independence, and community inclusion.
