Exercise can benefit both physical and mental health. Participants in our program take a trip to the local YMCA to get fit and stay healthy.

Overpeck Park hosts our participants for a day of play and fun in the sun. Spanning more than 805-acres, its a prime location for a recreational day! This park contains multiple athletic tracks and fields, picnic and fishing areas, playgrounds, a grass amphitheater and a 5 mile trail for walking and biking. Pictures coming Soon!

Our extraordinary individuals enjoy a day in the kitchen at our local YMCA! Learning to prepare meals encourages independence, and provides the opportunity for social connections with others. Plus a tasty reward at the end!

Our Day Program participants visit SeaQuest in Woodbridge, where they are encouraged to connect with animals and learn about their ecosystems through various hands-on activities, which include hand-feeding sharks, stingrays, birds, and tropical animals.

Our Day Program participants visit SeaQuest in Woodbridge, where they are encouraged to connect with animals and learn about their ecosystems through various hands-on activities, which include hand-feeding sharks, stingrays, birds, and tropical animals.
Our participants visit a local bowling alley to let the pins fall where they may! Bowling provides a great low-impact workout engaging muscle strength and cardio, improves flexibility and plus, its fun!
The amazing individuals in our program take a trip to Build a Bear in the Paramus Park Mall to design furry friends to take home.

Frank Sinatra Park features spacious grassy areas with impressive NYC skyline views and has part of the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway going through it. It is a great place for our individuals to spend an afternoon out in the community! Pictures coming soon.
