Our participants visit a local bowling alley to let the pins fall where they may! Bowling provides a great low-impact workout engaging muscle strength and cardio, improves flexibility and plus, its fun!

Rochelle Park Library

A trip to the local library allows our individuals to develop skills for community awareness, socialization, public navigation, and decision making, while enjoying a leisurely activity.  

Berry Picking

The individuals in our program head out to a local farm for seasonal berry picking. Picking berries can be a fun way to spend time together and create memories. Pictures coming soon!

SeaQuest Aquarium

Our Day Program participants visit SeaQuest in Woodbridge, where they are encouraged to connect with animals and learn about their ecosystems through various hands-on activities.

Dave & Buster’s

Our extraordinary individuals eat, play and watch sports at our local Dave & Buster's!

Meals on Wheels

Volunteering is important for the amazing individuals in our program as a useful avenue for getting to know other members in our community. Our Day Program participants help out at Meals on Wheels to prepare dinners for residents in Bergen County. Pictures coming soon.

Art at the Achievement Center

Our Day Program participants hone their creativity at the Achievement Center with seasonal arts & crafts, guided by instructor, Debra Koplish.

Abma’s Farm

Our Day Program participants visit goats, sheep, alpaca, donkeys, ponies, bunnies, pigs, and more in Wyckoff! The Barnyard, located at Abma's Farm, is a fun and educational experience and a great way for our individuals to enjoy nature. Photos coming soon!

Mini Golf

Our amazing individuals bring their 'A Game' to the courses! This fun activity boosts physical activity, increases self-esteem, creates memorable bonds through socialization and gives them an opportunity to learn something new! Pictures Coming Soon!

Glenfield Park

Our Day Program participants visit Glenfield Park in Montclair. The park features a playground, several ballfields, an exercise station, and a picnic shelter for our individuals to enjoy. Pictures coming soon!

Wellness Therapy with Mercer Physiology

The team at Mercer Exercise Physiology works with the individuals at our Achievement Center to develop personalized workouts that suit each person's needs, abilities and goals. This creates a safe training environment where participants feel confident and comfortable. Pictures coming soon!

Point Pleasant

Our participants enjoy a year round thriving town, with a trip to Point Pleasant. Home to restaurants, beaches, attractions, boardwalks, festivals and much more! Pictures coming soon!

Teaneck Sprinkler Park

Perfect for cooling off our amazing individuals during the steamy summer days, Teaneck offers sprinkler play areas conveniently located in 8 parks throughout the city. The splash areas have colorful sprinklers spurting out cool water to stimulate the senses and fight off the summer heat.

Day at the Movies

A trip to local movie theaters gives our participants the opportunity sit back, relax, and enjoy the latest featured flicks!

Barr Karate

Our participants are joined by Soke Grandmaster Larry Barr to sharpen their focus, self-discipline, and self-control while relieving some stress with daily exercises.

Cooking Lessons

Our extraordinary individuals enjoy a day in our Life Skills Kitchen! Learning to prepare meals encourages independence, and provides the opportunity for social connections with others. Plus a tasty reward at the end!

Liberty State Park

Our residents & Day Program participants enjoy a day at the historical Liberty State Park. This green oasis is located in the middle of metro New Jersey and features a beautiful Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Pictures coming soon!
