Our Day Program participants visit SeaQuest in Woodbridge, where they are encouraged to connect with animals and learn about their ecosystems through various hands-on activities, which include hand-feeding sharks, stingrays, birds, and tropical animals.
Our participants visit a local bowling alley to let the pins fall where they may! Bowling provides a great low-impact workout engaging muscle strength and cardio, improves flexibility and plus, its fun!
Our program participants visit Hudson Park & Beach in New Rochelle, NY for a fun day out in the sun. The park features features a grassy recreation area with a playground and an ample seating area to enjoy time out in the sun!
Bear Mountain State Park is a 5,205-acre state park located on the west bank of the Hudson River in Rockland and Orange counties, New York. The park offers our individuals an open, natural space to enjoy, while generating such emotions as calmness and serenity.
Brookhollow's Barnyard is great experience for anyone! Here our program participants feed the animals carrots, enjoy tractor and train rides, while learning all about the animals on the property. The open outdoor space offers an opportunity to get fresh air, exercise and appreciation for the land and animals.
Our extraordinary clients visit the Gunnell Oval Recreational Complex in Kearny to enjoy fun outdoor activities throughout the facility, including the playground area, volleyball court, and outdoor exercise equipment.
The team at Mercer Exercise Physiology works with the individuals at our Achievement Center to develop personalized workouts that suit each person's needs, abilities and goals. This creates a safe training environment where participants feel confident and comfortable. Pictures coming soon!

Our extraordinary individuals enjoy the breeze while on a scenic riverfront picnic. Alpine Boat Basin is one of the most popular spots in the Palisades and brings in hikers, boaters and picnic goers to its picturesque marina every year. Pictures coming soon!
Our day program participants take a drive to Mount Tabor, NJ. This quaint village is full of Victorian cottages that transport you back in time with historical styles and paint colors. Pictures coming soon!
A trip to local movie theaters gives our participants the opportunity sit back, relax, and enjoy the latest flicks!
Our participants enjoy a day in the kitchen! Learning to prepare meals encourages independence and provides the opportunity for social connections with others. Plus they get a tasty reward at the end!

Exercise can benefit both physical and mental health. Participants in our program take a trip to the local YMCA to get fit and stay healthy.

Overpeck Park hosts our participants for a day of play and fun in the sun. Spanning more than 805-acres, its a prime location for a recreational day! This park contains multiple athletic tracks and fields, picnic and fishing areas, playgrounds, a grass amphitheater and a 5 mile trail for walking and biking. Pictures coming Soon!
