A trip to the local library allows our individuals to develop skills for community awareness, socialization, public navigation, and decision making, while enjoying a leisurely activity.  

Art at the Achievement Center

Our Day Program participants hone their creativity at the Achievement Center with seasonal arts & crafts, guided by instructor, Debra Koplish.

Mini Golf

Our amazing individuals bring their 'A Game' to the courses! This fun activity boosts physical activity, increases self-esteem, creates memorable bonds through socialization and gives them an opportunity to learn something new! Pictures Coming Soon!

Lunch Outing

Our amazing individuals spend the afternoon out on the town for lunch at a local restaurant. Pictures coming soon!

Smoothie Social

A sweet and refreshing smoothie hits the spot for our Day Program participants as they gather for a smoothie social. Socials are important for skill improvement to cope with challenges, and reduces stress, depression, anxiety and fatigue. Pictures coming soon!

Cottrell Farm Park

Our Day Program participants visit the spray pad and farm-themed playground at the newly opened Cottrell Farm Park in Old Bridge for some fun in the sun! Pictures coming soon!

Wellness Therapy with Mercer Physiology

The team at Mercer Exercise Physiology works with the individuals at our Achievement Center to develop personalized workouts that suit each person's needs, abilities and goals. This creates a safe training environment where participants feel confident and comfortable. Pictures coming soon!

Overpeck Park

Overpeck Park hosts our participants for a day of play and fun in the sun. Spanning more than 805-acres, its a prime location for a recreational day! This park contains multiple athletic tracks and fields, picnic and fishing areas, playgrounds, a grass amphitheater  and a 5 mile trail for walking and biking. Pictures coming Soon!

Fort Lee Sprinkler Park

Sprinkler play areas are the perfect way for our amazing individuals to cool off during the steamy summer days. The splash areas have colorful sprinklers spurting out cool water to stimulate the senses and fight off the summer heat. Pictures coming soon!

Point Pleasant

Our participants enjoy a year round thriving town, with a trip to Point Pleasant. Home to restaurants, beaches, attractions, boardwalks, festivals and much more! Pictures coming soon!

Meals on Wheels

Volunteering is important for the amazing individuals in our program as a useful avenue for getting to know other members in our community. Our Day Program participants help out at Meals on Wheels to prepare dinners for residents in Bergen County. Pictures coming soon.

Barr Karate

Our participants are joined by Soke Grandmaster Larry Barr to sharpen their focus, self-discipline, and self-control while relieving some stress.

Dollar Store

A trip to the Dollar Tree store gives the amazing individuals in our program access to household items, and promotes equal treatment and opportunity. They love to browse and shop for their own goodies. SeaQuest Aquarium

Our Day Program participants visit SeaQuest in Woodbridge, where they are encouraged to connect with animals and learn about their ecosystems through various activities.

Van Saun Park

With over 130 acres at Van Saun Park, there are many opportunities for individuals to enjoy passive and active recreation. The park offers ball fields and tennis courts, picnic areas, state of the art playgrounds and splash pads, pony rides, a millennium carousel, a miniature train ride, and the nationally-accredited Bergen County Zoo!

Morris Museum

The Morris Museum has a range of unique offerings for our participants to see during their visit, including exhibitions, educational programs, live performances, and more.

Ice Cream Social

Participants at our Achievement Center enjoy some cool treats at a local ice cream shop. Socials with our individuals are important for skill improvement to cope with challenges, and reduces stress, depression, anxiety and fatigue.
