With over 130 acres at Van Saun Park, there are many opportunities for individuals to enjoy passive and active recreation. The park offers ball fields and tennis courts, picnic areas, state of the art playgrounds and splash pads, pony rides, a millennium carousel, a miniature train ride, and the nationally-accredited Bergen County Zoo!

The individuals at our Achievement Center work up a sweat dancing to their favorite tunes. Dancing promotes strength, coordination, and balance which helps in improving overall well-being!

The team at Mercer Exercise Physiology works with the individuals at our Achievement Center to develop personalized workouts that suit each person's needs, abilities and goals. This creates a safe training environment where participants feel confident and comfortable. Pictures coming soon!
We visit Holland Ridge Farms just in time to welcome Spring back!. The farm’s expansive flower fields are bursting with a rainbow of colored tulips, waiting to be picked by our participants. Pictures coming soon!
A sweet and refreshing smoothie hits the spot for our Day Program participants as they gather for a smoothie social. Socials for our clients are important for skill improvement to cope with challenges, and reduces stress, depression, anxiety and fatigue. Pictures coming soon!
A trip to local movie theaters gives our participants the opportunity sit back, relax, and enjoy the latest flicks!
Our extraordinary individuals enjoy a day in the kitchen at our local YMCA! Learning to prepare meals encourages independence, and provides the opportunity for social connections with others. Plus a tasty reward at the end!
