April 22, 2022: New Concepts for Living was proud to open the first of many Community Residences specifically designed for adults with developmental disabilities who are also medically fragile.
The new residence, located in River Vale, NJ, is now home to six individuals who need additional supports and close nursing supervision.
Three additional homes are currently underway for these medically fragile individuals in Old Tappan, Mahwah and Hillsdale.
