Our Community Residences, located throughout northern New Jersey, are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These residences provide a family environment and enable each individual to reach their full potential.
Our modern, well-maintained homes are ideal for adults who need assistance with everyday tasks and require 24-hour supervision. Housemates with similar needs and challenges enjoy living among their peers in a nurturing, warm environment. Each resident has their own private bedroom to personalize and enjoy. All homes provide ample communal areas where residents and staff enjoy activities and meals together. Family members and guardians are encouraged to visit their loved ones.
Future Plans

Behavioral and Nursing Services
Our staff complete ongoing training to ensure they serve our residents with the highest level of care. Nurses and behaviorists are on call 24/7 to make certain our residents have unlimited access to behavioral, medical, and nutritional care. Our Medically Supportive Community Residences are staffed with RNs and LPNs. NCFL has many behaviorists to support and re-direct our family of extraordinary individuals whenever needed. Our behaviorists work regularly with our residents and day program participants to ensure each individual reaches their full potential.
Security and Cameras
For security and peace of mind, each home is monitored with state-of-the-art cameras in common areas, and have Smart Locks and window and door sensors.
Every residence has a standby generator to ensure operations during power outages, and Smart Home thermostats ensure residents are comfortable year-round, even during power outages.
