February 14, 2023: New Concepts for Living is pleased to announce the following Community Residences Update.
Our new, recently renovated six-bedroom home, located in upscale Upper Saddle River, opened on Friday, February 3rd and new residents have already moved in.
Construction is progressing on our two new medically Fragile Community Residences (Group Homes) in Old Tappan. The projected opening dates of these residences are Spring 2023.
Construction contracts have been awarded for our fourth Medically Fragile home in Hillsdale, as well as our fifth Medically Fragile home in Mahwah.
