Our amazing Day Program participants gather in Town Square to enjoy an afternoon of music. Music therapy provides numerous benefits for mental and physical well-being. It helps reduce stress and anxiety, improves cognitive function and memory, and encourages self-expression. Pictures coming soon!  

Soke Grandmaster Larry Barr, from Barr Karate in Hackensack, stops by the Achievement Center to help our participants sharpen their focus, self-discipline, and self-control while relieving some stress with guided exercises. Pictures coming soon!

Our Day Program participants visit SeaQuest in Woodbridge, where they are encouraged to connect with animals and learn about their ecosystems through various activities. Pictures coming soon!

Volunteering is important for the amazing individuals in our program as a useful avenue for getting to know other members in our community. Our Day Program participants help out at Meals on Wheels to prepare dinners for residents in Bergen County. Pictures coming soon.
