Our Day Program participants take a trip to Abma's Farm in Wyckoff to explore the farm and see the goats, sheep, alpaca, donkeys, ponies, bunnies, pigs, and more in their petting zoo! Pictures coming soon!
Duke Farms is a 2,700 acre center for environmental stewardship in Hillsborough, NJ, that restores the natural environment, offering our amazing individuals a chance to interact with nature, with 1000+ acres of land to explore the area’s natural beauty. Pictures coming soon!
Our amazing individuals love to browse and shop for their own items at one of the local Dollar Stores in our area.
Our program participants love Fitness with Danny! They get to move, stretch, and stay active in a fun and supportive environment. Danny keeps everyone motivated while making fitness an exciting part of their day.
Soke Larry Barr of Barr Karate visits the Rochelle Park Achievement Center to lead our participants in structured martial arts sessions focused on movement and engagement.
Our program participants visit Van Vleck House & Gardens in Montclair, where they explore the peaceful grounds surrounding the historic estate.
Laurelwood Arboretum is a beautiful 30-acre property that contains woodland trails, gardens, wildlife ponds, streams and hundreds of varieties of unusual species of plants and trees, where our participants can experience calmness and joy while connecting with the nature.
The amazing individuals in our program spend an afternoon at Van Saun Park. The park offers ball fields and tennis courts, picnic areas, state of the art playgrounds and splash pads, pony rides, a millennium carousel, a miniature train ride, and the nationally-accredited Bergen County Zoo! Our Day Program participants visit Ringwood State Park, site of the historical Ringwood Manor. With original historical structures, gardens, and landscapes on 582 acres and extensive historical collections, the park is is a great place for the individuals in our programs to spend the afternoon exploring.
