New Concepts for Living welcomes JR Setteducati as their new Human Resources Director.
JR joins NCFL with over 30 years of Human Resources experience and will be overseeing and leading all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, talent acquisition, benefit administrations, employee development and performance management. In the immediate future, he hopes to further streamline NCFL’s HR processes, increase employee training, and advance the performance review process.
“I have really enjoyed learning about the population we serve and have been very impressed with the overall care that NCFL provides to our family of residents and day program participants. All the staff at NCFL have been very welcoming and especially my support team in HR,” stated JR.
During his free time, JR enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, Tara, his 26-year-old daughter, Victoria, and their two Cavopoo puppies, Livi and Marley. JR also enjoys boating, going to the Jersey Shore, and spending time with his friends and family.
