What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives helping them build skills, enjoy new experiences, and stay active in their communities.
From day trips to the zoo or local beaches to cheering at MLB games, every day brings new opportunities to make a lasting impact.
Your daily work includes:
● Providing assistance with daily living activities
● Transporting clients to community outings and appointments
● Encouraging independence and self-confidence
