September 19, 2022: New Concepts for Living has a new community residence update. Renovations to NCFL’s Upper Saddle River Community Residence, which was purchased in May, are almost complete. We expect to open the new residence in October, 2022.
Construction on our two new medically supportive Community Residences (Group Homes) in Old Tappan is going smoothly. We anticipate opening these homes in January and February 2023.
More homes are under construction in Hillsdale, Mahwah, and River Vale, along with 15 one and two bedroom apartments in Saddle Brook.
