August 26, 2022: New Concepts for Living’s Day Program participants beat the heat at the Bogota Swim Club.
Swimming is a great way to exercise. It builds endurance and muscle strength. It also provides flexibility, range of motion, coordination, and muscle toning.
The group enjoyed swimming in the pool and cooling off from the heat. They had a great time playing water volleyball. Some of the ladies even had their first swim lesson!
After their swim, they enjoyed a picnic lunch in the shade. It was a great day.
